Baby Cheddar Tarts

Pastry
1/2 cup butter or marg. softened
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup all purpose flour
-Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth and light. Work
in flour. Roll into long thin roll. Mark off, then cut into 24 pieces. Press into small tart tins to form shells.

Filling
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
-Divide cheese evenly among tart shells.
Beat egg until frothy. Mix in milk, salt and onion salt. Spoon into shells. Bake in 350 oven for about 20-25 min. until set. Makes 24
