Cheese Ball

2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese (softened)
2-8oz. pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
1 Tbls worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 Tbls. chopped pimento
1 Tbls. onion (I grate mine)
1 Tbls. bell pepper (I grate mine)
1 cherry
1/2 cup pecans chopped fine


Mix all ingredients (with hands.) Shape into ball. If it's too soft to
shape, chill in refrigerator for a few minutes. Roll in pecans. Stick
cherry on top. Cover with foil and refrigerate until cold.
