"Salmon Party Log"
Ingredients
1 can Red Sockeye Salmon
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tsp. grated onion
1 Tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 Tsp. salt
1/4 Tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Directions
Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until softened. Drain, flake salmon, removing
skin and bones. Combine salmon with cream cheese and next 5 ingredients.; mix thoroughly.
Chill several hours. Combine pecans and parsley, shape salmon mixture into 8"X2"
log; roll in nut mixture; chill well. Serve with crackers, I like onion crackers best!
