STUFFED MUSHROOMS
8 ounces bulk sausage
2 cups cooked wild rice
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
12 ounces garlic and herb cheese spread
fresh whole mushrooms, stems removed
Brown sausage; drain. Blend with remaining ingredients. Stuff mushrooms and bake in
preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
