I enjoy lerking around at the KT. Is that a word? I don't join in much, but its a good place to go for a good laugh now and then. Anyway here is mine.
Strawberry Bread

1 cup chopped strawberries
2 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Beat the eggs, oil and sugar. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in strawberries and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 mins.
