Breakfast grilled portabello mushrooms
Remove stem from mushroom
Chopped tomato and scallions, toss with olive oil.
Add desired amt to mushroom cap, top with raw egg.
Place on grill, cover, cook until egg is done to you likeness.
Serve on half toasted english muffin with canadian bacon slice and then mushroom.
Served with champagne glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.
