This is a request from Wendy TIA, it is one of her MANY favorites, and she asked me to
share it with you.
This is such a quick dish to make for breakfast, and is always loved by all.
Dutch Babies (Puffed Pancakes)
5 T. margarine
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 T. Sugar
1/4 t. salt
In a 9"x13" pan, melt the margarine in an oven that has been heated to 400
degrees.
Whisk together all the remaining ingredients.
Tilt the pan with the melted margarine so the sides are well covered. Pour the batter in
the prepared pan, and bake for 20 minuets. Remove from the oven, cut into squares. Serve
with your favorite topping. We like fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Any fresh fruit
with whipped cream would be wonderful.
