Egg and Sausage Casserole

1 lb. pork sausages browned
2 1/4 cups milk
10 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices (about 2 cups) whit bread, cubed
-Heat oven to 350. Brown sausage in skillet. Drain and set aside. In bowl combine milk, eggs, dry mustard and salt. Beat one minute on med. speed. Stir in cheese, bread, and sausages. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30=40 min. or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cook uncovered.
Can be mixed the night before and cooked the next morning.
