If that's too spicy for ya, try some of these:
GINGERBREAD PANCAKES
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp grated nutmeg
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 TBL instant coffee granules
1 egg
4 TBL butter, melted
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup buttermilk

In large mixing bowl, whisk the flour, salt, spices, baking powder, baking soda & coffee granules together. In a small bowl, beat the egg & blend in the butter, brown sugar, buttermilk & 3/4 cup water. Stir into the dry ingredients, mixing only until dampened. Batter will be lump.
Pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto a preheated nonstick griddle. Bake until covered w/bubbles; turn & brown the other side. Serve w/maple syrup or melted honey butter.

I have 10 lbs of bacon cooked, 5 lbs limp & 5 lbs crisp.
There are also 3 gallons of freshly squeezed orange juice & 4 pots of coffee. I've made my special Whittard's original leaf tea, too but only special people get to try it (supply is limited.) Bon Appetit!
