Breads:
APPLE COFFEE CAKE


1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Butter
1-1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Cold Coffee
1 Teaspoon Soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Raw Apples Peeled and Sliced
Raisins if desired.

Cream butter and sugar and add egg and milk. Add 1/2 of coffee, then the remaining dry ingredients and coffee, mixing
after each addition. Stir in apples and raisins. Bake in a 9x13 greased pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 12.
