Sooooo yummy! Sooooooo easy!! :-)
Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
2 8-oz. packages cream cheese
1 egg, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. copped nuts (optional)
Heat overn to 350.
Unroll on can of rolls and place in bottom of 9x13 pan.
Mix cream cheese and *1* c. of sugar.
Spread over rolls in pan.
Unroll other can of rolls and place over cream cheese.
Beat egg *white* w/fork and brush on top.
Sprinkle with 1/2 sugar.
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
Bake 30 min or until brown.
Can make the night ahead and bake in AM.
I could eat the whole thing!!! (Best at room temp.)
