Amish Friendship Cake
Do not Refrigerate. If air gets into bag let it out.
Day 1 Do nothing
Day 2 thru 5 just squeeze the bag.
Day 6 In bag add: 1 cup self rising flour,1 cup milk,1 cup sugar. Seal bag and squeeze.
Day 7-9 Squeeze bag
Day 10 In a large mixing bowl,combine the starter. Add 1 cup self rising flour,1 cup
sugar,1 cup milk. Mix with a wooden spoon. Pour 1 cup starter into 3 one gallon zip lock
bags. Keep one bag and give the other two to two friends. In the remaining starter ADD:
2 cups self rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla.
Grease pans I use a Bundt pan or you can use two loaf pans. Mix 1tsp cinnamon and
2T.sugar. Sprinkle mixture on bottom of the pan. Save some to put on top of batter. Bake
about 50 minutes at 325 degrees.
