PINEAPPLE CAKE
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix (without pudding)
2 egg whites
1/2 cup pineapple juice (if not enough juice in can add water to make up difference)
1 16 oz. can crushed pineapples

Mix cake mix, egg whites, pineapple juice/water and pineapples. Bake as directed on box in 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with Pam.

ICING

1 small box Dream Whip (2 packages)
1 box confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can pineapple pie filling

Mix Dream Whip as directed, add confectioners sugar and cream cheese and spread on cool cake. Spread pie filling on top and refrigerate.
