PINEAPPLE ANGEL FOOD CAKE

1-Box Angel Food Cake Mix (I use Duncan Hines).
1-Can (20 oz..) Crushed Pineapple (in own juice, NOT heavy syrup).

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9 X 13 glass baking dish with nonfat spray.

Stir dry cake mix and pineapple together -- until thoroughly mixed (don't over mix).

Bake 25-30 minutes (depends on oven) Top will be golden brown and cracked.

Cool completely before cutting. Cover and refrigerate leftover cake.

This cake is nonfat and low calorie -- but not in taste.

The low calorie nonfat problem can be corrected....
top with a little ice cream or whipped cream :-)
