Now when I cook, I mostly just make stuff.
Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls
1 pound of pure salted butter
About 1 full jar of peanut butter
Melt in pan on stove on low heat until melted.
Take about 2 pounds of confectiones sugar. (The real white powdery fine kind) Stir
ingredients all together until stiff and until it will stick together good. Place waxpaper
on a cookie sheet. Take a tablespoon and measure out to make a ball. Roll it in the palms
of your hands and put it on the cookie sheet. This will make about 4 cookie sheets full of
balls. teehee
In the meantime, in a double boiler melt 32 ounces of chocolate chips (nestles) along with
1/2 bar of paraffin.
After the balls have hardened. I put them out where it is cold. Usually in the garage. I
bring them in one tray at a time and dip them in the chocolate and place back on the wax
paper and take them out to set up.
That is all there is to it. They are super simple to make and delicious to eat. Bet ya
can't eat just one!!
