Cream Cheese Brownies
Melt in a large heavy sauce pan
1/2 c. margarine
1 square unsweeten chocolate or(3 T. Hersheys dark cocoa+1T oil)
add
1 c. sugar
2eggs
1 t. baking soda
1 cup flour
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Spread in a greased 9x13 in panIn a small bowl mix together
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tblsp. flour
1/4 c. margarine
1 egg
1/2 t. vanilla
Drop this mixture by large tablespoons, over the brownie mixture you have just put in the pan. Use a knife and "marble" it in.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minuets. Use a toothpick to test if they are done...don't over bake.
Remove from the oven and spread 2 cups of miniature marshmellows over the top of the brownies. Return to the oven for 2 min.Have the following frosting ready to go.
Frosting:
Bring to a boil
1/2 c. margarine
4 Tbsp. Hersey's cocoa
6 Tbsp milk
Beat in box of powdered sugar
add
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts at the very end.Pour this over the brownies with the melted marshmellows, and again swirl or marble slightly.
