FRENCH BROWNIES
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup raspberry preserves
1 package brownie mix, batter mixed
according to package directionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Stir chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of the preserves into the brownie batter. Pour into the baking dish and bake 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool 20 minutes, then spread remaining 1/4 cup preserves over the top. Cut into bars and serve.
To be different: Enhance the brownies with strawberry, cherry or orange preserves instead of raspberry preserves.
