Microwave Caramel Corn

1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. White Karo syrup
1/2 t. baking soda

4 qts. popped popcorn

Combine first 4 ingredients in 2 qt bowl, cook 1 min on HIGH, stir and cook 2 more min on HIGH. Stir.

Put popped popcorn in a large brown grocery bag, pour hot liquid over and shake well. Close the top of the bag. Micro on HIGH 1 1/2 min, shake and cook on HIGH another 1 1/2 min Shake once more and then spread on cookie sheet to cool.

I don't make this anymore as it is addicting!!
