Peanut Butter Cups -ohhhhhhh, were they good, and easy, but there were time consuming to make.

1/3 c. creamy PB
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
Mix these together and form into little balls.
Melt 2 BIG Hershey candy bars
Spoon a small amount of melted choc. into bottom of bon bon cups in mini cupcake pans.
Put the PB ball in
Then spoon more melted choc. over the top to cover PB ball.
They were the hit of the goodies this year. 1 or 2 is all you can handle--they are rich and soooooo good!
