Peanut Butter Fudge...super easy!!!
12 oz pkg butterscotch chips
14 oz can "sweetened cond. milk"
1 1/2 c. miniture marshmellows
2/3 c. chunky peanut butter
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped peanuts
Cook butterscotch chips, cond. milk, and mashmellows over med heat until melted, stirring
constantly. Add peanut butter, vanilla and nuts. Place in square pan lined with waxed
paper. Place in frige overnight and you will have the best fudge waiting for you to eat
for breakfast in the morning. :)
Given to me by my Aunt Cheryle. This is what I make up and give out during the holidays to
co-workers and neighbors along with the recipe. 57 batches this last year!!! Yikes!! Just
divide between plates and wrap with festive plastic wrap, and tie with ribbons. Enjoy!
