Pumpkin Pie Squares
1 13 Oz. can of evaporated milk
3 eggs beaten
2-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup Sugar
1 Lb. 13 oz can Libbys Pumpkin.(do not use pumpkin pie mix)
1/2 yellow cake mix
1 cube margerine of butter
1 cup walnuts
Combine all ingredients except cake mix, margerine & walnuts.
Pour into a 13x9 pan. Use only 1/2 of the cake mix not the whole box, sprinkle on top of the pumpkin mixture evenly.
Slice margerine or butter and put on top of the cake mix as
evenly as possible. Top with crushed walnuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Serve with cool whip.
