Fresh Blueberry Flan
CRUST:
1 cup Flour
2 T. Icing Sugar
1/2 c. Butter or Golden Flavored Shortening

Sift flour& sugar, cut in butter until mixture resembles
coarse meal. Press into a 9" flan pan. Chill 30 minutes.
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool

1 pkg. Vanilla Pudding (cooked not instant)-6 serving size
2 c. Milk

Prepare pudding with milk. Place plastic wrap on pudding
surface and chill 30 minutes. Whisk until smooth, pour into
shell and chill for 10 minutes.

2 c. Fresh Blueberries
1/2 c. Apple Jelly
2 T. Orange Concentrate

Top with berries. Melt jelly and orange concentrate over
low heat. Cool and spoon over berries. Chill before serving.

Tip: For crust to keep its shape, chill 30 minutes before
baking.
