Ice Cream Jello Cake
2 large packs of any flavored jello
4 c. boiling water.
Dissolve the jello in the boiling water
Stir in 1/2 gal of vanilla ice cream
Fold in 1 angel food cake that has been torn is bite size pieces
Add strawberries, raspberries, mandarin oranges or whatever goes with you flavor of jello.
Pour into a angel food pan and refrigerate for several hours. I use a large angel food loaf pan.
