PUMPKIN ICE CREAM
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2 TSP ground cinnamon
1/4 TSP nutmeg
1 cup canned solid-pack pumpkin
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened slightly in the refrigeratorCombine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl; stir in pumpkin until well blended. Add the ice cream in big spoonfuls, then beat with a big spoon until thoroughly combined. Turn into a 9" baking pan or pie pan.

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 TSP salt
1TSP cinnamon
1/4 TSP ginger
1/8 TSP cloves
1 qt vanilla ice creamCombine pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves into the qt of softened vanilla ice cream. Refreeze. This is also good in graham cracker crust.
