Chicken Enchiladas

16 oz sour cream
3 cans of cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
1 lg. bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can green chilies-chopped
1 can black olives chopped
2-3 cups chopped,cooked,chicken or turkey
1 small onion
1/2 stick of butter
Flour tortillas

*Melt butter,saute onions and green chilies.
*Add soup & half the cheese,bring to a slow boil--add sour cream.Let simmer 5-10 more minutes--Remember to
save 1/4 of the sauce.
*Roll turkey and 4-5 TBSP of of sauce into the shells--bake in a 9 x 13 pan...Top with remainder of sauce.Bake
@ 350º for 20-30 minutes..*Within last 10 minutes of baking---top with cheese & black olives.
