Chicken souffle'
12 pieces of bread (put half of these in the bottom of a 9x13" pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.)
Filling:
3 cups cooked cubed chicken
3/4 c. mayonaise
1 large onion chopped
1/2 green pepper grated
Salt and pepper to tasteMix the above ingredients over the bread in the pan. Put remaining half of bread over the filling.
Mix:
6 eggs
4 1/2 c. milkPour over the bread and refidgerate overnight. Bake in the oven at 325* for 20 minutes. Pull out of the oven and put 1
can of mushroom soup over the top, and spread it to the edge of the pan. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and bake for an additional hour.
