Colorful Kielbasa
1 can Cream of Celery soup
3/4 cup water
1 Tbs. Butter
1 lb. Smoked Kielbasa, cut into thin circles
3/4 cup Minute rice; Uncooked
1-10 oz. package Frozen Peas; Thawed
1 cup Cheddar Cheese; grated
In skillet, combine soup, water, and butter. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add Kielbasa and Rice. Reduce heat to simmer, and cover for 15-18 minutes or until rice is almost tender. Stir in Peas. Cover and simmer for another 15-minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and let stand until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
