Glenda's Salmon Patties
1 can red salmon
10 soda crackers
2 eggs
Crush crackers, add to remaining ingredients. Shape into patties, roll in cornmeal, place
on wax paper, refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Fry in oil.
I always serve a cheese sauce that has a small amt of English peas added to it for color.
