King Ranch Chicken
1 fryer or hen
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 onion-chopped
2 cups grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of Rotel or diced tomatos with green chilies
1/2 can chicken broth

Cook chicken in small amount of water, lightly salted until tender. De-bone and cut in pieces.

Cut the tortillas in pieces.

Sauce:
Blend until smooth: mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Rotel, and chicken broth.

In greased 2 1/2 quart casserole, place a layer of chicken, one half of tortillas, one half the cheese and one half of the sauce. Repeat layers ending with cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour
