Lemon Chicken Breasts and Rice Pilafe ...YUM and Easy!!

4 large chicken split breasts
1 and 1/2 cups of raw rice
1 TBS chicken Bullion Base
About 4 cups of water
salt and pepper, or lemon pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice concentrate
Wash the split breasts. Put them in a roaster with the skin..(I cook the skin on to keep
it moist, and then feed it to the cats and dogs)
Add the water and the chicken bullion base, making it dissolve
pierce the breasts with a fork, and and salt and pepper
pour on the lemon juice
bake for half an hour, then add the rice, and cook till done. I watch it and if the water
gets all absorbed, I just add some more.
(I like moist rice)
there ya go!! grab a veggie, do the tango, and flip it on the table! TADA!! Enjoy! *S*
