Mexicali Meat Pie
Prepare a pie crust for a 8 or 9 inch pie plate uncooked

In a bowl mix together:
1 egg
1 pound lean ground beef
1 can (7oz) whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, drained
½ cup soda cracker crumbs (I use bread crumbs)
½ cup chili sauce
1 tablespoons minced onion
½ teaspoon oregano
press this mixture into the pie shell and bake for 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
While this is cooking slice green olives and set aside. Also cook bacon
Crisp and crumble; set aside

In a small bowl mix together:
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
When pie has cooked pour this all over the meat then
spread chopped green olives, crumbled bacon and grated cheddar
cheese over all. Bake for 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts
