MEXICAN DELIGHT
Layer:
2 1# cans of refried beans
1 large chopped onion
1 can chopped green chilis
1 11 oz bottle of taco sauce (hot or medium)
1 # shredded Cheddar cheese
1 # shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1-Large Recipe - 13"x9" Pyrex dish.Bake at 325 degrees F. for 25 minutes. Serve with Dorito chips. To use as a meal
crunch Dorito chips on plate and top with hot ingredients. Serve with a cold, crisp lettuce salad. It's Gooooooood.

For 1/2 recipe, use an 8x8x2 inch Pyrex dish.
