Pasta with Broccoli and Chicken

1/2 small onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 lb diced boneless skinless chicken
1 bunch broccoli, cut up
8 oz uncooked spaghetti

Saute garlic and onion in olive oil until golden. Add diced chicken and cook until about halfway done. Add brocolli. Mix bouillon with wine and pour into skillet. Cover, (but keep the lid ajar to keep the bright green color in the broccoli) and cook about 3 minutes til done.. Meanwhile cook the spaghetti, drain and add to the chicken mixture when done. Top with parmesan cheese.
*sometimes for a change of pace, I also add sun-dried tomatoes.
