Try this one. I think you will like it.
Pork Chop Potato Cassorole
4 boneless center cut pork chops
1 med.to large onion thinly sliced
3 0r 4 potatoes sliced
1 can chicken gumbo soup
dredge pork chops in flour,salt, & pepper to taste
heat enough oil in skillet for browning chops
layer ingredients in casserole dish as listed,ending with chicken gumbo soup poured over
top. Bake @ 375 degrees until done.Enjoy.
You can use your own judgement as to how much you want to make.My only suggestion is that
you make sure you use enough soup to cover through and through. If you use more than the
above,I suggest you use 2 cans of soup.
