TURKEY MARSALA
3 pounds of turkey breasts sliced
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup California Marsala Wine
1 cup chicken broth
Dredge turkey breasts in Bisquick seasoned with oregano and
basil. Heat oil and butter in a heavy skillet. Brown turkey breasts on both sides. Add
wine and chicken stock.
Cover and simmer about 1/2 hour or until tender.
Serves 6.
