Baked Pork Chops with Stuffing
4 Thick chops...boneless centercut work the best
1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing for Pork
Brown the pork chops lightly on both sides and place them in a baking dish. Mix up the
stuffing and place a heap on the top of each chop. Season with salt pepper and a shake of
paprika. Add enough water to just covered the bottom of the baking dish. Put a tooth pick
in each chop and cover loosely with foil. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the
thickness of the chop. Uncover and bake until the stuffing starts to get crusty on the
top...about 10 minutes. Always tender and moist. Set oven at 350 degrees.
