Baked Pork Chops with Stuffing
4 center cut chops
1 box Stove Top Stuffing (or 4 cups of homemade)
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
Fresh parsley
Paprika
S&P*** Place chops in baking pan.Season to taste with S&P. In a small bowl-put the 2 cans of soup and 1 can of milk.
Mix to blend. Set aside.
* Place 1 cup of stuffing on top of each chop..pat it into a mound-covering the chop.
*Pour the soup evenly over the chops.
* Sprinkle paprika on each, then the parsley.
* Cover with foil. (I use toothpicks to keep foil off the top of the chops)
Bake at 350° for 1 hour & 15 minutes.
