BBQ SAUCE for HAM,PORK,or BEEF BBQ SANDWICHES

2 cups catsup
1 cup water
4 Tbs brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup lemon juice
6 Tbs worchestershire sauce
2 cloves diced garlic
2 Tbs vinegar
2 Tbs soy sauce
2-4 drops red hot pepper

Combine all ingredients, simmer for 10 min. Better if made the day before using it.
