Beef Roast
1 Rump Roast or any other kind of Roast you like.
2 cloves of garlic,peeled and then cut into little
chunks,if you like garlic,,you can use 3 cloves.
Lemon Pepper
Vegetable Spray
Instant Gravy Mix
Pierce the meat and add one little chunk of
garlic inside meat in different places all over meat,top and bottom.( I use a large knife,poke and turn,you've got
the "pocket" to put the garlic in the meat.)

Spray heavy pot with vegetable spray. Sprinke lemon pepper
all over roast..depending on your taste,but I just go
crazy with the stuff.

Heat pot,,add meat and sear on all sides. Add gravy mix,
according to package and cook about 2-3 hours(depending on size)

You can also add dehydrated onion or fresh chopped onion
to gravy while roast cooks.

Serve with plenty of mashed potatoes !
