OVEN BARBECUED PORK CHOPS
2 1/2 cups water
1 TBL sugar
2 tsp pepper
2 TBL butter
1/4 cup vinegar
2 1/2 tsp salt
2 TBL Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp powdered mustard
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic

Brown chops. Combine all inredients & pour over chops in a large baking dish. Bake in preheated 325° oven for 90 minutes. Turn chops after 45 minutes.
