PORK CHOPS & RICE
4 loin pork chops
1 medium onion, sliced
4 tsp brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
2 cups cooked rice

Place chops in skillet. Over each chop, place onion slices, a tsp brown sugar & 1/4 cup ketchup. Cover & simmer about 50 minutes to 1 hour or until chops are falling off bone. Serve over rice.

EASY PORK CHOPS & RICE
6 pork chops, browned
1 cup uncooked long-grain rice (not Minute rice)
Two cans beef bouillon (10 1/2 oz cans)
1 can water
1 green pepper
1 medium onion, chopped

Brown chops in skillet. Pour rice in 9x13" casserole. Place chops on top. Add bouillon, water, pepper & onion to pan in which you browned the chops. Stir & pour over chops & rice. Bake in preheated 350° oven at least 1 hour. Add water, if necessary.
