SALMON MARINADE (enough for 2 12 oz salmon fillets)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 TBL lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp sugar
Combine all ingredients & add the salmon. Refrigerate 1 hour in a ziplock bag. Remove
salmon & pat dry. Discard the marinade.
