Mustard Sauce (sweet and spicy mustard)
2 oz dry mustard Put into 1 cup liquid measuring cup then add
white vinegar to bring to 1 cup mark. Stir to dissolve and let stand
on counter overnight.2 eggs
1 cup sugar
Put these into a sauce pan and add vinegar mixture. Mix well and
cook slowly, stirring occasionally until thick and smooth. Once it is
cool put in a jar and keep in fridge. Use this as you would mustard on
sandwiches. I am sure it can be used as a dip for things you would dip
into mustard. Try it is delicious.Scottish Sausage
2 pounds hamburger
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. msg (optional)
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup waterBlend all together and make into hamburger patties. Freeze at least one hour.
We really love these. I keep these in the freezer all the time and take out however
many we want and either thaw them in the microwave or put them in a skillet, cover and cook on low.
