SCRUMPTUOUS PORK CHOPS CACCIATORE
6 lean pork chops
1 envelope dry spaghetti sauce mix
15 oz. can tomatoes
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 green pepper
Brown pork chops; place in greased baking dish (I use a 9x13 inch pan). Mix dry spaghetti sauce mix, tomatoes (crush them) and brown sugar. Pour over the chops in the baking dish. Cut the green pepper in large rings and place over top of each chop. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 60 mins; uncover and bake 15 mins. more.
