Sharon's Spanish Baked Pork Chops

4 center cut chops
1/2 cup of sliced Spanish olives
1 can stewed tomatoes, plus 1/2 of another
1T minced onion
garlic to taste
pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Place chops in a 13x9 baking dish, pour sauce over the top.
Cover with foil, & bake at 350 for 90 minutes.

**This dish is good with baked potatoes-just throw them in the oven 15 min. after the chops go in. The sauce on the chops is delish on top of the spuds!
