YUMMY, YUMMY MARINADE
1/2 cup olive oil (I usually use less)
1/2 cup Dale's Seasoning (or soy sauce)
1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger
1 Tbsp. garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
1 Tbsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Mix all the ingredients and marinate for several hours (at least). This is excellent for
London Broil, Sirloin steak, chicken, porkchops, squash, zucchini etc!
These measurements can be adjusted if you are marinating larger or smaller pieces of meat.
The Dale's Seasoning is a soy based sauce with ginger and some other ingredients. It is
located by the BBQ sauce in my grocery store.
