Hot Cajun Pickles

(this calls for a big quantity but they are so addictive you will need to make a big batch. If you want to, cut down the quantity accordingly.)

1 gallon dill hambuger chips
5 lbs. sugar (yes, quanity is right)
2 oz. Tabisco or Hot Sauce

Pour pickles in colander and drain for 30 minutes, pressing on pickles every so often. Mix sugar and hot sauce together and layer pickles and sugar mixure. Every 24 hours for 5 days stir. After 5 days they are ready. Can be repacked for gifts.
