Oyster Dressing
I fix this dressing every thanksgiving. this is a guess because i don't have measurements.
take a two quart casserole dish. the night before tear up a loaf of bread white or wheat
whichever you prefer. i keep mixing it so that all of bread is dry. then cut up celery and
onion and i just try to judge probably 3 or 4 stalks of celery and a small onion. about 3
eggs salt & pepper 1 pint of oysters a couple of cans of chicken broth. mix well and
bake at 350 for an hour or until it bubbles in the middle. i let the bread set out all
night so that it is good and dry. let me know if you fix this it's easy and everyone likes
