Easy pie crust recipe

For those of you who hate to roll out pie crust (like me) here's a very good and easy recipe:
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of canola oil
2 Tablespoons of milk
2 Tablespoons of sugar

Measure flour and sugar into a pie dish. Mix canola oil and milk together and add to flour mixture. Mix well with a fork. Pat on bottom and up sides of pie dish. If you need a baked crust, prick crust on bottom and sides of pan and bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes. This is delicious and healthier than the store bought crusts that contain lard or hydrogenated vegetable shortening.
