STRAWBERRY PIE
1 baked 9 inch pastry shell
4 cups fresh strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
6 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of heavy cream

Put 2 cups of strawberries through a sieve; use both pulp
and juice. Add sugar and flour. Boil ten minutes and cool.

Mix cream cheese until spreading consistency(cream may be
added to thin) and spread over prepared pastry shell.
Place remaining 2 cups whole strawberries over cheese.
Pour cooked strawberry mixture over all. Chill. Cover
pie with whipped cream just before serving.
